Toddler Ballet Classes
Ages 2.5 to 4
Our toddler ballet class is designed to foster early motor development, coordination, and a love for movement through simple ballet steps and imaginative play for dancers ages 2.5 - 4. Your toddler will learn the fundamental movements of ballet in an age-appropriate and creative way, including pliés, tendus, and simple jumps, all while practicing balance and coordination using props such as butterfly wings, ribbons, scarfs and stepping stones

Lyrical
Ages 5+
Perfect for dancers who want to explore a more emotional and expressive style of dance, our Lyrical Dance Class will give dancers the opportunity to blend the grace of ballet with the emotion of contemporary dance, all while developing their technique, creativity, and self-expression. This class focuses on fluid, graceful movements and teaches children how to convey emotions through dance, all set to beautiful music. Lyrical dance is all about telling a story through movement.

Contemporary
Ages 8+
Contemporary dance blends elements of ballet, modern, and jazz to create a style that is expressive, fluid, and emotionally driven. It focuses on freedom of movement, musical interpretation, and storytelling through the body. Dancers explore floor work, contractions, release techniques, and improvisation while learning to connect movement with emotion. Contemporary encourages individuality and creativity, allowing dancers to develop their own unique style while building strength, control, and artistry.

Jazz
Ages 5+
Jazz dance is a high-energy, expressive dance style! This class focuses on developing and honing foundational jazz techniques such as leaps. turns and jumps. Jazz dance combines sharp, dynamic movements with fluidity and grace, and it’s all about self-expression, rhythm, and creativity. It is widely performed to jazz music but has evolved to incorporate various genres and is a staple in musical theater, contemporary dance, and pop culture.

Acro
Ages 3+
In this dynamic class, students will explore the fusion of acrobatics and dance, learning how to seamlessly blend strength, flexibility, and tumbling with fluid movement. Through a series of stretches, conditioning exercises, and technique drills, dancers will enhance their tumbling skills, partner lifts, and intricate floor work.

Hip-Hop
Ages 5+
Hip Hop Dance is a dynamic and expressive style of dance that emerged from the streets and urban culture, primarily in the 1970s in New York City. Students will learn a variety of foundational street dance styles, including popping, locking, and breaking, while mastering sharp, dynamic movements and rhythm. Emphasis is placed on developing musicality, confidence, and style, with routines set to the latest hip hop hits.

Tap
Ages 5+
Tap Dance is a unique and rhythmic style of dance characterized by the use of metal-tipped shoes to create percussive sounds. The dancer’s feet act as a "musical instrument," producing rhythmic patterns, beats, and syncopated sounds that are often accompanied by music. This class will focus on establishing technical footwork, increasing speed and precision, and developing rhythms and combinations.

Ballet Technique
Ages 8+
Ballet is a highly technical form of dance that originated in the Renaissance courts of Italy in the 15th century and later developed in France and Russia. It is characterized by its graceful, precise movements, formalized steps, and positions, often performed to classical music. Dancers will focus on developing strong ballet technique, including proper alignment, posture, and footwork. They'll work on barre exercises, center work, and across-the-floor combinations to improve their strength, flexibility, and control.

Ages 8-17 ; Adult 18+
West African dance is a vibrant, high-energy dance form rooted in the traditional rhythms and movements of various West African cultures. It emphasizes powerful footwork, expressive upper-body movement, and strong connection to live drumming. Each dance tells a story or marks a celebration—such as harvests, rites of passage, or community gatherings. Classes focus on musicality, rhythm, stamina, and cultural appreciation, often accompanied by live percussion that brings the movement to life. Dancers develop a deep sense of rhythm, coordination, and community through the joyful and spiritual nature of this art form.
